The goal of our research on the White Horse Coffee and Creamery site was to test how usable the site was to users. This includes whether or not the site was accessible and whether or not users could access every portion of the site where they would need to find appropriate information. To test how the site accommodated user errors and that users will make mistakes, as well as the built-in steps they took to ensure users were made aware of mistakes and could quickly recover from this.We also tested the site to see the number of errors present within the site. We tested to ensure the site could be easily understood by users and that all instructions and descriptions were clear in meaning and wording. The final thing we tested on the site was the aesthetics and if there was an appropriate amount of information and users were not being overloaded.
